Build your Instagram this year

Social media influencers and models seems to be the new celebrity in recent years. Many of us know our favourite instagram stars better than we know Hollywood ones, and it shows a huge shift in the way we love today. If you have always wanted to grow your Instagram following and start making some money from it, there are plenty of ways that you can do it. It’s all about timing, technique and quality of content.

Engage with followers

If you have posted an image on your Instagram page and someone has taken the time to comment on it, make sure that you reply and really engage with that person. Instagram will always push accounts with higher engagement so if you can get your followers to comment on your content you should be onto a winner right away.

Comment on other posts

Part of getting yourself noticed on Instagram actually involved you commenting on other people’s posts. Take the time to go through your feed and comment on any photos that you genuinely like. By doing this you will be drawing attention to yourself and the person who posted the image might take a look at your account to see who you are. You will hopefully even get a new follower out of it, so it is always worth doing!

Post at least once a day

Before you give in and buy yourself followers with Socialproof.xyz, just make sure that you are posting one photo every day. Consistency is important when it comes to Instagram and it will help you to keep growing your followers more and more. You should be able to gain a lot more followers by posting at least one photo each and every day, allowing people to always see you on their feed.

Post at the right time

Timing is hugely important when it comes to social media because depending on the time you post a photo, you can either get no likes or 100 likes. When you post a photo make sure to think about the times where people are likely to be online. In the morning first thing, many people will be on the way to work and therefore traffic will be high on social media, the same applies and lunchtime, on the way home from work, and in the evening after 8:30pm. If you can post images at these times you will get optimal engagement.

Be you

The most crucial thing that you need to think about when creating posts on your social media is to just be yourself. Don’t worry about pretending to be someone else and making deep and thoughtful captions, just be you and show your personality through your photos and words. If you have posted a photo which looks wistful and candid, you can add a funny caption which explains the real story behind the photograph and this will make your audience laugh and be more like to engage with your posts. Be you and you will succeed.
