I’ve experimented with a couple of gluten free flat bread recipes recently, and I’ve come up with two great recipes. These recipes are not just gluten free, they are also egg free/ dairy free (vegan) and yeast free. I’ve recently gotten tested for food allergies, and I have to steer clear of all these food types now. Even gluten free breads you buy in the supermarket are out for me, because all of them so far that I’ve seen do contain yeast.
