How to spend 8 hours in Amsterdam

I travelled to Amsterdam recently, and I was there for just a couple of days. Mostly to take care of some business, so I just had the better part of an afternoon to enjoy this beautiful European city. It was fun to be a tourist in my own country again, and I vlogged about the experience (video below!).

Some of the most notable things about my day was my visit to the Van Gogh museum, and a scientific discovery I made there, and the fact I ate in a Japanese/Jamaican vegan restaurant. The good Google reviews brought me there, because you’d never really stumble upon it by chance, but it was worth it! The restaurant’s name is larger than the actual location (TerraZen Centre). It boasts one communal table, and features japanese/jamaican cuisine. An interesting combo I thought, but it worked out great. I had a Japanese dish and decided to be adventurous, trying fermented soy beans. Let’s say it was exotic, but in a pretty good way. Take a look at the video for the entire story!
